In dating, as in life, if it’s too good to be true, it unfortunately is.

fake site made to look like Amazon offers the promise of eligible bachelors and bachelorettes — delivered straight to your door. The homepage advertises a bevy of young (and some old), hot things at varying prices, all at the click of a button just like the online marketplace.

Sadly for those unlucky in love, the site is all a ruse, thought up by concept artists Ani Acopian, Suzy Shinn, Morgan Gruer and the animators behind Thinko. They are, in fact, all single, according to the clever site’s “about” section.

Amazon has not responded to The Post’s request for comment on the prank.

Each listing includes the single’s “love language” — a mustachioed 33-year-old Jeffery Epstein conspiracy theorist named Ted calls his “words of affirmation.” The listings also come with a price tag and the ability to change the person’s height.

Interested parties can go so far as to order their chosen single. But they’ll end up ghosted because, again, the site is not real. And don’t worry, pretend dating won’t rack up a bill since the creators don’t actually have anyone’s credit card information.

Features of the site are made to look like Amazon, including a “deal of the day” — today’s is Teddy, a white-haired 87-year-old who “doesn’t feel guilty about staying in on Saturday night” and “leaves a voicemail every time.” As for the tab on “Your Last Relationship”? It opens to a video of Britney Spears’ “Toxic.”

Happy Valentine’s Day, you poor, jaded things.
